## About this monthly habit tracker

This free printable habit tracker lets you follow up to seven habits across a full month at a glance. Each day you mark whether you completed a habit, partly did it, or missed it — and watching a row fill up with ticks is a surprisingly strong motivator to keep your streak alive. It works for study habits, exercise, water, sleep, screen-time limits and anything else you want to build. Print it monthly or save it as a PDF.

### How to use it

1. Write one habit per row — keep them small and specific, such as "read 20 minutes".
2. Each day, mark the box using the key: done, partial or missed.
3. Aim for consistency over perfection — an unbroken chain is the goal.
4. At the end of the month, review which habits stuck and adjust for the next one.

Tracking habits visibly makes you far more likely to follow through, because it turns an intention into something you can see and measure.
