## About this weekly reflection journal

This free printable reflection journal gives you four short prompts for each weekday: what you learned, what went well, what could be improved, and what you will do tomorrow. Taking a few minutes to reflect turns everyday experience into genuine learning — it helps you notice patterns, celebrate progress and adjust before small problems grow. It suits students, and anyone building self-awareness. Print a copy each week or save it as a PDF.

### How to use it

1. Fill it in at the same time each day — the end of the evening works well.
2. Be honest and specific rather than writing what you think you should.
3. Use "What could I improve?" to set one small, concrete change for tomorrow.
4. At the week's end, read back over your entries to spot recurring themes.

Regular reflection is one of the simplest ways to keep improving, because it closes the loop between doing something and learning from it.
